Welcome to 30 Broad.
“The First of Its Kind, ushering in a new style of development in Port Chester”
The Penthouse of 30 Broad is comprised of a mix of office and shared office space. This office space offers the best waterfront views in Port Chester and serves as a premier location. This space will be engulfed by windows, giving a 360-degree view of the Village, and providing the best lighting an office could offer.
Tim Shanley will be bringing Port Chester’s first Micro-Brewery right to 30 Broad St. With a successful history in the business, Tim seeks to make this a landmark destination for all of Westchester County. The ground floor will feature 7000 SQFT of restaurant, brewery, and live music space.
Located on floors 3-8, 30 Broad will host 36 market-rate units, compromising of Studio and One-Bedroom apartments. St Katherine Group
Port Chester based developer, St Katherine Group, redefines what it means to build local. Their unique approach and expertise in this market drives development that is measured, but at the same time bold and innovative. Principal Nick Williams spent years carefully considering the needs of the Village, and used that input to create a thoughtful addition to the Port Chester community. 30 Broad will be a testament to the long-lasting relationship that is currently being built between the Group and the Village of Port Chester.
Sarrazin has become a prominent architect in the Village of Port Chester. Managed and owned by Pierre Sarrazin, his firm combines decades of valuable experience in the industry. An early comer to the Port Chester scene, Pierre recognized the promise and potential of the Village. Pierre’s expertise is displayed in a manner in which he is considerate to the existing environment and the people that inhabit it, while pushing the architecture forward. His heart and expert touch come through in every nook and cranny of the building.
Allied Construction Management
